As you head towards Sasaguri from Iizuka city center, you’ll see a vast hilly area. It covers an area of 60,000 square meters and has approximately 20,000 flowering trees and shrubs planted.
With 1,500 plum trees, 1,610 maple trees, and 7,434 azalea plants, you can enjoy a variety of colorful flowers in each season. This place is known as the Arboretum and is a popular spot where you can fully enjoy nature.
