1.5 Million Lights and Ultraman Heat Up the Night in Kagoshima!
“Kagoshima Illuminage” will be held again this year at “Kagoshima Prefectural Yoshino Park” in Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture.
10 Themed Areas Colored with 1.5 Million Lights
Ten themed areas will appear within the vast grounds of Yoshino Park.
- Tunnel of Light: Passing through the fantastical tunnel of light is like entering another world.
- Animals of Light: The sparkling animal illuminations are very popular with children!
- Sea of Light: The world of the sea expressed in blue light is like an aquarium.
- Cherry Blossoms of Light: The cherry blossoms of light that bloom in winter create a romantic atmosphere.
Ultraman Fantasy Lights Makes Its Kagoshima Debut!
The highlight of 2024 is the giant illumination event “ULTRAMAN FANTASY LIGHTS,” themed on heroes and monsters from the Ultraman series! This is the first time it will be held in Kyushu. You can enjoy powerful illuminations that recreate the world of Ultraman and Ultra Seven.
Held Daily! Lighting Ceremony & Events
- Lighting Ceremony: At the daily lighting ceremony, you can enjoy a water and light illumination show by e-Hotaru.
- Special Live Performances: On weekends, special live performances by artists will be held.
- Fireworks Display: Fireworks displays are also planned during the period!
