Important Cultural Properties! The main hall with its magnificent carvings, the stone bridge that retains its appearance from the Edo period, the two-storied gate, and the worship hall are designated as important cultural properties of Fukuoka Prefecture.
Mystical Iwato-no-miya! Behind the main hall, there is “Iwato-no-miya,” where a cover has been built on top of a round burial mound thought to have been built in the late Kofun period. It is a mystical space that evokes ancient beliefs.
