A nostalgic illumination event, “Bungo-Takada Showa no Machi Illumination,” will be held for the first time in Bungo-Takada City, Oita Prefecture!
As a pre-event commemorating the upcoming “Showa 100th Year” next year, the “Bungo-Takada Showa no Machi Shopping Street,” which retains the townscape of the 1950s, will be enveloped in warm light during the period.
The scenery of the retro townscape lit up with illuminations is sure to be nostalgic and heartwarming.

- Showa Retro Decorations: The streetlights in the shopping street and the bare light bulbs installed in each store will be decorated with Showa retro patterns and colored light bulbs.
